For nearly 25 years, Jacqui Bell has built her reputation on meeting her clients real estate goals by providing outstanding service and guidance throughout the process.
Born and raised in the Midwest, Jacqui brought her drive and determination with her as she made her way to California. She arrived in Los Angeles in 1987 to attend UCLA. While pursuing a degree in English Literature, Jacqui simultaneously managed to build a career in the entertainment industry. After completing her education, she became an account executive for a national hardware/software corporation. There, she negotiated large-scale agreements for such high-profile clients as Disney, Countrywide Home Loans and CBS.
Extensive sales and marketing experience combined with her love of Los Angeles real estate led Jacqui to obtain her Realtor license. During her first year in real estate, Jacqui earned top honors for her outstanding performance in residential sales. Every year she continues to excel, earning multiple awards and honors for her stellar sales abilities. Accolades such as being named one of America’s Top Real Estate Agents by REALTRENDS, an International President’s Circle Award winner and consistently being in the top percentage of COMPASS agents prove her dedication to the business.
“People on the Westside expect a high level of service, and I will go the extra mile for my clients,” Jacqui says. “I am fortunate to be able to apply skills to the luxury real estate market. I enjoy negotiating and closing transactions, but my work does not end when I hand over the keys. In fact, I pride myself on offering personalized service through all aspects of the home buying and selling process.”
Jacqui has spent decades creating a list of service providers and professionals to aid in all aspects of real estate. “It is common for my clients to lean on me for staging and design advice, seek contractor referrals or help in organizing their move. Beyond that my clients call asking for a local pediatrician, preschool or where we are meeting for the best happy hour. The relationships I build with my clients are important to me and, at the end of the day, my purpose is to create lasting relationships with the people who will hopefully become my neighbors.”
Motivated and hardworking, Jacqui specializes in the communities of Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Santa Monica and Brentwood but travels wherever her clients need. “I have lived all over Los Angeles. I treasure the beauty, personality and unique traits of each area, but perhaps my greatest interest is in listening to the needs of my clients and finding just the right fit.”
A Westside resident for more than 30 years, Jacqui currently lives in Pacific Palisades with her husband and two sons. She is involved in both of her children’s schools, actively contributes to a wide range of charities that are dear to her heart and is often seen hiking the Santa Monica mountains with her rescue pup.
